This is a question that is always asked by my clients. I prepare by sitting in meditation for 15-20 minutes, clearing my energy and connecting with the Highest Source and my Spiritual Team. I ask that I be used as a channel in Love, Truth and Light, and that the individual I’m doing the reading for receive the correct wisdom, guidance, healing, support and assistance throughout.
I feel a huge responsibility, and do whatever I can to constantly improve, and come from a place of integrity and truth.
I try and meditate daily for 20-30 minutes to clear myself, to receive wisdom and guidance. Each time I meditate it may be easy or difficult, and varies from day to day. I have been meditating for many years now, and at times still struggle to keep my mind still.
If I do a reading one on one, using Skype, E mail or phone it’s always the same. I only want the persons first name and then as I go into the quite space and connect, the visions appear and the words come through. I am not aware of what it is that I’m saying, I record the session, as many individuals work with the recorded reading for a long time thereafter. The session is normally an hour,but can be longer. After the main messages come through, the client is able to ask any questions. This can be about anything relating to relationships,work,self development,and one’s life. I ask only that NO information be given to me, as I want to paint the canvas with the information that is being channeled through me. For example a client says “Tell me about Jim” I then feel his energy and his personality comes through. I experience his physical and emotional pain. This is all relayed to the client.
For me, each reading is a miracle, as so much information is passed on to the client that is needed at that particular moment in time. As so often happens, my clients say:” YOU GOT INSIDE MY HEAD”, How did you know exactly what I’m feeling?
For a client receiving the reading, no particular guidelines are given, other than that you write down a few questions that you think need answers too. What normally happens is that these are automatically answered even before you get to the questions.
Sometimes a client will call frantically to say”I don’t understand the meaning, or it’s not making sense,” this is normal as one needs time to listen, and hear what is given symbolically and not take it literally. The greatest understanding will come about as you use the recording often, over a period of time. This is the gift that you are left with.
Very often during the reading meditations(guided visualizations) are given to the client, to assist in releasing old cycles, destructive thought patterns, and to assist in the ongoing healing process.
It does not matter where you live in the world, as I pick up on your energy and do the reading. I am only able to do this with the guidance, support, and wisdom given by my Team of Spiritual Workers.
